HYDERABAD: Telangana NGOs on Friday submitted a strike notice to the state government over their demand that steps be taken to honour promises made during the Sakala Janula Samme campaign. K Swamy Goud, TNGOs' association president has announced a phase-wise agitation programme beginning February 21.
In the first phase, 4 lakh government employees will hold lunch-hour protests in their offices and, from March 5, start a 'work to rule' protest.
